2. Eligibility You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services. By using our platform, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

3. Use of Service DiscreetBestie.com offers companionship services where users can book confidential, professional companions based on preferences. You agree to use the service responsibly and not to engage in any illegal or unethical activity while using the service.

4. Booking and Payment All bookings are subject to availability. Payments for services must be made through our secure payment gateway. Once the booking is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email with details of your booking.

5. Policy on Refund and Cancellation of Service We strive to ensure that every companionship experience is pleasant and comfortable. However, we understand that not every connection will be a perfect fit.

Refund Policy: If, within the first 15 minutes of your appointment, you feel that the connection isn’t right, you won’t be required to proceed with the service or make any further payment. We believe that friendships should never be forced. In such cases, you may cancel the session by email to confirm the exact time you cancelled, and a refund will be issued in 5 working days if the refund is made in the first 30 minutes. Refunds after the 15 minutes of the start of the service are not accepted.
Cancellations: You can cancel your booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled service for a full refund. If you cancel within 24 hours of the service, a cancellation fee of 50% of the service fee will apply.
